"And Allah brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers knowing nothing and gave you hearing and hearts that haply ye might give thanks."-[Quran : 16:78]
The Quran clearly said that we need to be grateful of what Allah has given us. Everything that he has given us, is well-- nothing, compared to what we have paid. So appreciate what He has given, to us. And, appreciating it means using it wisely. Using it wisely means, using it to go to the right path, His path. So even if we can find replacements somehow somewhere, it might not be as perfect as it was for Allah is the Beneficient, and the Merciful. So people, I know you are gifted with these perfect gifts, use it wisely. Stop watching, inapropriate stuff and yes, somehow out there, there are a few who aren't gifted with sight. Think on the bright side. Their eyes are always protecting them.
I admit i'm not as perfect either but as a Muslim it's our responsibility to make each other realize what is right and wrong.
